A sectional garage door overlaps the inside of your garage opening.  The information below is needed to ensure the correct fit and operation of your new door.

The following measurements are needed:

 A. Opening Height - floor to bottom of header ________feet ________inches
 B. Headroom - bottom of header to ceiling ________feet ________inches
 C. Opening Width - inside width (Jamb to Jamb) ________feet ________inches
 D. Side room - opening to sidewall, shelves, etc... Right ________feet ________inches
     Left ________feet ________inches
 E.  Center Post - width of post between doors ________feet ________inches

 *Compare your measurements to the listed minimums below:

 B.  Headroom * - 15" R track 12 1/2", ** - 12" radius track 10 1/2" low headroom 5"
 D.  Side room - 3 3/4" minimum
 E.  Center Post - 8" minimum
 *Clearance is for door only, additional space for opener required, refer to opener instructions.

 Ceiling: Pipes, heating duct, beam, lights, etc...
