The door itself is excellent quality and the opener is as quiet as can be. I was so pleased with your customer service (that is you of course!!!)-you were so responsive and helpful. JC was here when you said he was going to be here to install the door (and was actually on the earlier end of the time period you gave me, which I really appreciated) and worked so diligently to get the door replaced in a timely manner. I did not have to clean a thing up after he left because he did such a great job! You were both so nice to work with and that really means a lot to me. I just wanted ti send you this message to let you know how pleased I was with your repair on my garage door. Just like other consumers I called around to get some pricing for a broken torsion spring repair. I was told by one Garage Door Contractor that he would not be able to quote me a price over the phone "Too Many different types of springs" and there was no way he could quote it. Hmm, you do this job everyday adn we're talking a basic track home with a two car garage door. I guess he didn't want my business. Sorry I haven’t done this before now, but I would love to write a quick testimonial on the website for the install at our house up in Lyons a few months ago. Can you tell me the name of the tech – I believe it was TJ or JT? At any rate, he was phenomenal. He wasn’t able to get started until very late morning and I didn’t think there was any way he could do two oversize door installs by the end of the day. Not only did he stay until it was finished, but all the detail work, like the control wiring and keypads were installed extremely clean. He was very pleasant, but very focused on the job. I will highly recommend Doors Done Right to anyone that is looking for garage doors or service.

Good morning, Sue.  Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the job Jason and JC did for us last Friday. They were there promptly at 2 (even beating me), went right to work and got the repair done before 3. Before my husband came home from work, my son and I put a big colorful bow above the door, and he was delighted with his "present."  The door works a million times better and is so quiet - that awful thunk when the door reached the floor has been replaced by a gentle whisper.  Life is good, and you guys are great!
